About Dr. Fan

Zijuan Fan, DDS, developed a deep appreciation for science and healthcare early on. This passion led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in biology at Emory University in Georgia, where she built a strong foundation and a desire to make a meaningful impact through clinical care.

She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she received comprehensive training in all aspects of general dentistry. During her time there, Dr. Fan was actively involved in patient care, outreach activities, and collaborative clinical learning—experiences that shaped her patient-first approach.

Dr. Fan is committed to delivering gentle, thorough, and personalized dental care. She strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their oral health journey. Whether helping someone maintain a healthy smile or restoring their confidence, Dr. Fan brings compassion and excellence to every appointment.

When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Fan enjoys traveling to new places, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, and spending time on creative projects like crafting and DIY. She believes that curiosity, creativity, and balance help her bring even more joy and empathy to her practice.
